Shipping & Exchanges

All items are custom printed and/or created by hand. Please allow up to 2 weeks for full delivery of your items. If you order more than one item, some items will be shipped separately so you can get them as soon as possible. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & cancellations - Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of your order. Orders for our products cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded after the 24 hours have passed because they have been sent to production and are custom printed and sewn in accordance with your order.

Returns for exchanges - Exchanges must be made within 20 days of receiving your order. Please use the Contact Us form and let us know what you would like to exchange. All exchanged items must be never worn or used (they can be tried on). Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and we may need to charge you additional shipping for the new items (if order is over $200 you can expect free exchanges).  

Returns for defects - If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, please contact customer service FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer or to us without first contacting our customer service department through Contact Us form. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

Currently we are only shipping to the USA (including AK & HI) and Canada. Canada orders may take longer to recieve and may be expected to pay a VAT tax. Flat rate shipping is applied on all orders under $25. Orders are shipped USPS. Please allow 3-5 days of additional shipping after fulfillment. In the event the tracking link is broken, please copy and paste the shipping tracking numbers into a search platform and follow the instructions for USPS.
